"As a specialist and practitioner in physical therapy, sports medicine and as an athletic trainer, I first learned about laser therapy from other practitioners in Europe and was surprised to find that laser therapy offered new effective ways to improve athletes' performance and heal injuries both faster and better. "

Being scientifically inclined by nature, he wanted to learn more about the science behind it. Doug began translational research to find more evidence for this new technology, create reproducible samples and figure out the most efficient and effective technical design for safe application.

In 2006, Doug joined Multi Radiance as Senior Vice President and one of the researchers in the clinical trials of the devices.

Douglas Johnson plays an important role in the further development of their technology, not only in the search for further indications, but also in the control and validation of the technology.

Watch this first video in the series for Multi Radiance “Background, research and benefits of the Multi Radiance super-pulsed technology in practice” which explains why Doug decided to join Multi Radiance and support the development of their leading technology.
